Competition terms
These standard terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided to you or to which you are referred at the time of entering the competition. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
Entry is currently open to residents of the UK (due to the logistics of sending prizes outside of the UK in current circumstances) except employees (and their families) of BoysRideToo and any other companies associated with the competitions. We hope to extend this outside the UK as the magazine grows.
Please ensure that your entries are clear and easy to read, otherwise we may not be able to include them. We are sorry but no responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.
The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions. In the event of a prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
BoysRideToo Magazine reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Competition winners may be asked to allow photos for publicity to be used in the magazine and on social media, along with their names and county of residence. This is not compulsory.
The decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the competition.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, then we may award the prizes to another entrant. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Personal information
When you register on our website, take part in a competition or contact us, we may collect your personal details which may include name, address, email address, phone number and other personal information that we will use to identify you. This allows us to process and manage your registration and administer competitions.
We will use your personal information to provide you with online content, to provide you with information about competitions and features and to deal with your requests and queries. We will also use your information to provide/deliver prizes.
We will not share the personal information we collect from you with third partied except in the case that it is included within an article in which case this will be pre approved by yourself.
