We launched Half Step Equestrian in November 2020 from an idea that Josh had since he was 16 years old due to personal experiences within the industry. As a young boy, Josh struggled to find suitable clothing for him to ride in; the offerings were limited, outdated, and extortionate, excluding so many people from this industry. In August 2020, Ashley came on board. Having had previous experience of running a business, he could help create and build this vision with Josh.
